The Library is housed in a light and airy corridor extension and managed by volunteer parent librarians.
The school library has a fiction area that is divided into areas for early reading through to fluent independent reading, plus a section on poetry.
The reference section is continually being extended and sections indicate
the range of topics and interests within the curriculum.
Children have a library session each week and choose a book for sharing at home.
Parents are welcome in the library each day at 3.15pm to help their child exchange/select appropriate additional books if desired.
Children’s lending tickets are stored in clearly labelled drawers.
Special library bags are available on sale with school uniforms after school on Thursdays and Fridays.
