Community account £1124.63 credit
Business money manager account £5362.05 credit with the mountains for MIA money to go out. (£1150)
£480 given toward Knowsley Safari Park school trip.
2. Dates for this year.
Fathers day gifts – key rings being made 15th and 16th June.
3. Summer fair.
Food/sweets/chocolate fountain!/ice creams – Helen O’Toole. ?ice creams to be delivered in the morning.
Bacon batches instead of sandwiches this year. – HO’T
Prizes for beat the goalie will be football. Use older children from Higher Beb Jr as goalies if needed and have sweets as consolation prizes. AMD to sort bags sweets? small bags Haribos.
Tombola’s – gift/bottle – non uniform day Friday for bottle tombola. Volunteers needed to collect bottles in Friday 18th in morning.
Badge making – Anne Carpino and Elly Wilkes. AC to sort helper badges.
Face painting/ tattoos – supplies being checked if needed GW to order. AMD to sort. CH to sort laminated face painting ideas to help speed the process up – use 6 or so simple ideas.
Coconut stall – Libby and John Potter. Harry to check tarporline.
Posters and flyers – Clare and Dave Hills
Money floats – Dave Pryce
Plant stall – AMD to liaise with Homebirds
Cake stall – donations will be requested
Second hand book and toy stall – children encourage to bring in items over the week. Any books left over to be given out on the Monday morning in school to children? ask for 10p to be brought in.
Hand bag stall – Lesley Hallam
Outside stall holders have been booked charge of £7 per table.

Bouncy castles x2 – supplied free of charge separate younger/older children.
Second hand uniform stall.
Bat bat and old fashioned games – EW. sweets as consolation prizes.
First aid- use kits from school. ? use St Johns ambulance – Mrs Body to sort. |
